IPL / Laser Treatments
IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) uses Ellipse Selective Waveband Technology and dual mode filtering system to safely and effectively remove unwanted hair. Melanin (brown/black pigment) in the hair converts the light energy into heat. This heat is transferred to the hair follicle, which is then destroyed, making it unable to produce a new hair. The treatment is only effective on active hair growth as these are still attached to the follicle. Only hairs with a brown/black pigment can be treated. Clinically proven trials show an 80-95% permanent hair reduction in 6-8 sessions.

| IPL Thread Vein Removal | £60 |
| For the treatment of broken capillaries Haemoglobin (red protein found in blood) converts the light energy into heat. This heat is transferred to the walls of the blood vessels, which are permanently damaged and removed by the body’s own defence mechanism. 2-4 treatments are recommended, neck and face only. | |
| IPL Skin Rejuvenation | £60 |
|
Ellipse IPL skin rejuvenation can be used to treat epidermal pigmentation, skin redness, rosacea and acne. It can assist in the removal and treatment of age spots, diffused redness and uneven discolouration.
